By accessing or using the DC Tax Lien Map (“the Map”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions, which are intended to limit liability to the fullest extent permitted by law. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use or purchase access to the Map.

The Map is provided strictly for general informational and research purposes only. It is based on publicly available data and is offered without any representation, warranty, or guarantee of completeness, accuracy, currency, or reliability. While reasonable efforts have been made to compile the data accurately, no guarantee is made that all properties listed in the DC tax lien sale are included, or that any property displayed is still available for sale. Properties may be removed from the tax sale by the District of Columbia at any time, including but not limited to instances of owner redemption, legal disqualification, or administrative error. The Map is not updated in real time, and no assurance is given as to the current status of any parcel.

By purchasing or accessing the Map, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, republish, or publicly display the Map or any of its contents without the express written permission of the owner. Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Access to the Map may be revoked at any time in the event of misuse, unauthorized sharing, or breach of these terms.

You acknowledge and agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and the site owner as a result of your use of the Map.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge the site owner and all affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of or related to your use of the Map.
